Film Night information
Next HoTT Film night is on Thursday 14th March 2019 at 7.30pm at the Holmfirth Tech community hub (the old Adult Ed building next to the Fire station in Holmfirth).
As part of our climate change impact films, this screening has a LIFESTYLE theme, where we will be showing a film on low-carbon living, called:
NO IMPACT MAN
This award winning 2009 documentary film of 90 minutes, follows Colin Beavan and his family over one year as they try to live a low carbon lifestyle in New York City. The film captures the trials and tribulations of the whole family as Colin lives out his low carbon lifestyle.
Before the film there will be a short Q&A session with Nigel Peters who will share his experiences of trying to live a low-carbon lifestyle in the Holme Valley and his work with the Footpaths programme for managing community carbon footprint.
